The length of time you work with me can either be for a specific term, such as a period of 6-12 sessions; or open ended. We can regularly review and reflect on how the counselling work is being experienced by you.
What Do You Work With?
I have extensive experience working with sexual abuse trauma; depression and anxiety; and low self-esteem and confidence. However, I work with anything that you bring to the session, as the sessions are for you to explore your experiences.
Whether that is anxiety; depression; relationship issues; low self-esteem; stress or overwhelm; trauma; identity, spirituality and religion; or anything else.

Look forward to hearing from you.
Lisa listened and respected my opinion. She understood my frustration, and could see between the lines of how I was actually feeling or doing. She was great at making me feel at ease and coming into a safe place. I also found it helpful that she understood my quirks but also how I'd put things in pictures and would often use a picture to match up what was going on in my thought process.
Lisa has been very kind and listens and made me feel at ease to open up.
